Join our team as a SEN Teaching Assistant and play a vital role in supporting educators and students in their academic journey. As a SEN Teaching Assistant, you will work collaboratively with teachers to create a positive learning environment and provide assistance to students who require additional support.

Responsibilities:
- Educate and Support: Assist in educating students by providing one-on-one or small group tutoring sessions.
- Special Education Assistance: Support students with special education needs by implementing individualized education plans.
- Mentoring: Serve as a mentor to students, offering guidance and support in their academic endeavors.
- Communication: Effectively communicate with teachers, parents, and other staff members to ensure student progress is monitored and supported.
- Working with Children: Engage with children of various age groups, fostering a safe and inclusive learning atmosphere.
- Collaboration: Work closely with teachers to develop lesson plans, activities, and assessments that cater to diverse learning styles.
- Assist with Classroom Management: Help maintain classroom order and discipline while promoting a positive learning environment.

Skills:
- Experience working with children or individuals with autism spectrum disorder.
- Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with teachers, parents, and students.
- Strong interpersonal skills to engage with students in a supportive manner.
- Patience and empathy when working with students who require additional assistance.
- Knowledge of tutoring techniques and special education practices.
