Are you a newly qualified teacher eager to start your teaching career in a supportive and dynamic environment? We are looking for a passionate and enthusiastic First Year ECT to join our team and work in our vibrant EYFS class. Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging, child-centred lessons that meet the needs of all pupils in the EYFS.
• Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment for young learners.
• Observe and assess children’s progress, adapting teaching strategies to suit individual needs.
• Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
• Plan, prepare, and provide a range of activities that encourage children’s learning and development.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to school-wide initiatives.
• Engage in regular professional development to enhance your teaching practice.
