Are you a passionate and dedicated Early Career Teacher looking for an exciting opportunity to work in a supportive and vibrant school? We are seeking a motivated Second Year ECT to join our dynamic team and work with a lively Year 4 class in our thriving OFSTED OUTSTANDING mainstream primary school based in Finchley

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, deliver, and assess engaging lessons in line with the National Curriculum.
• Support students in their personal development, ensuring they feel safe, valued, and motivated.
• Work closely with other staff members, including teaching assistants and subject leaders.
• Provide a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages independent learning.
• Regularly monitor and evaluate pupil progress, adapting teaching strategies to meet individual needs.
• Engage in professional development and collaborate with colleagues to improve practice.
