We are looking for recent graduates, eager to begin their careers in education! Are you interested in a teaching assistant role? Helping to support students and help create a positive, engaging learning environment.

About the Role:
As a Teaching Assistant, you will assist teachers in delivering lessons, providing one-on-one and group support, and ensuring students have the tools they need to succeed. This is a great opportunity to gain valuable experience in the classroom while developing the skills for a future teaching career.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist teachers with lesson planning and delivery.
• Support students in small groups or individually, helping them grasp concepts and complete tasks.
• Maintain a positive classroom environment and encourage student participation.
• Monitor student progress and provide feedback.
• Help with classroom management and organizing resources.

What We're Looking For:

• A recent graduate (BA/BSc or equivalent) interested in pursuing a career in education.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Enthusiasm, patience, and a genuine interest in helping students learn.
• Ability to work independently and with initiative.
• Prior experience working with children (desired but not essential).
